1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using TradePro Elite ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and TradePro Elite ("Company," "we," "us").

2 Eligibility

To use TradePro Elite, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where the use of our services is prohibited or restricted
• Not be listed on any sanctions or restricted persons list maintained by any government
• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information

3 Account Registration and Security

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate personal information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it current
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with third parties
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification as required by applicable regulations
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these provisions or pose security risks.

4 Services Description

TradePro Elite provides a copy trading platform that allows users to:

• Deposit and withdraw cryptocurrency assets via supported blockchain networks
• Participate in copy trading strategies managed by professional traders
• Monitor portfolio performance and transaction history in real-time
• Receive trade profits, dividends, returns, yields, and commissions as applicable

We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or guarantees of returns. All trading activities carry inherent risks as detailed in our Risk Disclosure.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

By using our deposit and withdrawal services, you acknowledge:

• Deposits are processed via cryptocurrency transactions on supported blockchain networks
• Each user is assigned a unique HD wallet address for deposits, which is automatically monitored for incoming transactions
• Deposits are credited after sufficient blockchain confirmations as determined by our systems
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review and approval by our compliance team
• Processing times vary depending on the cryptocurrency, network conditions, and compliance requirements
• We may impose daily and monthly limits based on your KYC verification status
• Users are solely responsible for providing correct wallet addresses for withdrawals

6 Fees and Charges

The following fees may apply to your use of the Platform:

• Network (gas) fees for blockchain transactions are borne by the user
• Performance fees may be applied to trading profits as disclosed on the Investment Plans page
• Withdrawal processing fees may apply depending on the cryptocurrency and amount
• We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with prior notice to users

7 Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal purpose
• Creating multiple accounts or impersonating another person
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, or exploit any vulnerability in the Platform
• Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers without authorization
• Transmitting malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Interfering with other users' access to or use of the Platform
• Providing false or misleading KYC documents

8 Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials on the Platform are the property of TradePro Elite or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Platform without explicit written consent.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• TradePro Elite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not liable for losses resulting from market volatility, failed transactions, or blockchain network issues
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for third-party services, links, or content referenced on the Platform

10 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms
• You engage in suspicious, fraudulent, or illegal activity
• Your KYC verification fails or documents are found to be fraudulent
• Regulatory or legal requirements mandate such action

Upon termination, you will have a reasonable period to withdraw your remaining balance, subject to applicable compliance checks.

11 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, followed by binding arbitration if necessary. The language of arbitration shall be English.

12 Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitute acceptance of the modified Terms. If you disagree with the modified Terms, you must discontinue use and close your account.
